Get some sleep!!

Do you have a healthy social media/sleep balance?

According to a 2015 study, using social media at night is detrimental to a your sleep.  So stop using social media at least 30 minutes before bed, and don’t check your phone in the middle of the night.


We all need adequate sleep to function properly throughout the day.  Without sleep, your mood, memory, and energy are negatively affected.  To give yourself the best chance for good sleep, turn off your phone notifications at bedtime-- or better yet, TURN OFF YOUR PHONE! Invest in an alarm clock and say goodnight to your phone (your friends, gamers, news, status, calendar, updates, reminders, etc.) so that you can BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE the next day! #hwdDCA
